In February 2025, we had the honour of once again co-hosting a truly special St David's Day reception at the Embassy of Hungary, as part of Wales Week / London.

The event was a celebration of the deep and ever-growing ties between Wales and Hungary - bringing together guests from the realms of business, politics, and culture to recognise existing connections and forge new opportunities.

Speaking about our shared cultural heritage, Magyar Cymru founder Balint Brunner also unveiled plans for our second annual Welsh-Hungarian cultural day in Cardiff, as well as our upcoming community workshops - made possible with support from the National Lottery Fund.
